Very nice imagery in your poem…thanks for sharing it.
Oh I wish that one was mine. I was speaking to a friend of mine tonight and we were conversing on how we write epics, lol! I am seeking to write a good short poem… check in tomorrow. I will make a point to try to write some “short and sweet”. However, I highly recommend you check out the author Matsuo Basho. Can you say brilliant ; )
Haiku can be very powerful. I like it.
Check out 1markt’s Blog@wordpress.com when you get a chance and let me know what you think.
It’s almost a haiku , but I get what you mean. It definitely has that simplistic beauty we come to associate with them. Perhaps that’s why I was drawn to it…
many thanks to you

Thanks for journeying with me!
Hello and Thank you for dropping in, if I had known I would've made you something to eat and offered you a drink. Big mama said you should always give company some nourishment, so I left some soul food and healing and hope it satisfies.
